I ordered 2 Nexus 6 phones the same day from Motorola. When they arrived, one obviously was a refurbished phone that was scuffed, had data on it, and the two speaker grills were missing. You could see down into the phone and see the parts and dust. They were bought as Christmas presents and after numerous calls, e-mails, and hours of waiting, it all came down to motorola would not send a replacement in time for Christmas without charging my credit card for a third phone. I trusted them with my card information to send me what I ordered, two new phones, not a used device. But they could not trust me to send them back their mistake. I wantd a Nexus device and was so disappointed that the manufacturer was Motorola. I ordered anyway and took a chance. My mistake. I suspect that this device was one that a customer returned as from at&t maybe. I believe I will have to consider long and hard about any more motorola devices. Got to go. I have many posts on blogs to post today.
